It is published by Procor Edison Publications, in association with Brockton Publishing Company, with several remarkable illustrations provided by Creative Publishing International. Additional imaging and graphics were developed by Procor Edison. Reproduction rights to individual chapters will be available to education providers administering Continuing Education coursework under a modest royalty agreement.
